Refund Policy

**  Any Free Plus Shipping Items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.  **  

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized merchandise cannot be returned due to your misspelling, incorrect address, incorrect size choice, incorrect color choice or incorrect style choice. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, or ordering the wrong size, color or style.  Please make sure your size, style and shipping address is correct.  Our software shows you what the item will look like before you order.  We guarantee the quality of our goods, so to be eligible for a return, your item must have a manufacturing defect. 

If you received a bad print or defective product please contact us right away, email a picture of the product with your order number to support@gearessence.com.  Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it out asap.  We love happy customers!

If you need to cancel or change a personalized item, please do so within 24 hours after ordering.  After this period your product is in production and cannot be changed or cancelled anymore.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our commitment is to deliver the product you ordered. We have a very simple return policy.

We will replace or refund your purchase if there is a manufacturer defect. Manufacture defects include things such as rips, tears, holes and faded printing.

Returns for any other reason will incur a 15% restocking fee.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags.

If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at support@gearessence.com immediately to coordinate your return. Returns must be handled within 30 days after receiving a product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must have a tracking number to show proof of return.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We, along with every other major retailer in America, get some of our products from China. Although we work with only highly trusted manufactures that are both fast, and who provide superior quality and workmanship, sometimes, there are issues regarding shipping that are 100% out of our control. Some of these issues include shipping delays from China, and shipping delays from the United States Postal Service. In some cases it may take 30 days to receive your item.

If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows no movement in their system, we will refund your payment.

If your item has not been delivered within 30 days of your original purchase date and our USPS investigation shows your package coming in a reasonable amount of time we will not be able to issue a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
